Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon and her family are going on tour this summer to meet their fans across the country, but they are not bringing Mama June Shannon along with them.

On Thursday, the 22-year-old “Mama June: From Hot to Not” star took to Instagram to reveal the news that she, her sister Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and the rest of their family will hold fan meets in various cities in the next several weeks.

Pumpkin posted a snap taken from their first meet and greet in West Hollywood, California. The picture showed her and Honey Boo Boo smiling as they posed for the photo with their manager Gina Rodriguez. Also present in the snap were Pumpkin’s 25-year-old husband Josh, their 1-year-old son Bentley Jameson, as well as Alana’s 20-year-old boyfriend Dralin Carswell.

“Thank you to all of the fans that came out and met us! We had a lot of fun meeting every one of you. We will be doing meet and greets all summer long,” she wrote in the caption, adding that their next stop will be in Georgia.

Many fans quickly showered the post with positive messages. A number also asked the TV stars to come to their area. Others praised Pumpkin and Josh for doing their best for their family.

“Pumpkin, you and Josh are extraordinary people. You are so young but have taken on so much and done it with so much love. Please always put your children and your marriage above all else,” one fan wrote.

“We love you, Pumpkin! You’re such a great example of how a mother, daughter and sister should be,” another added.

“Love this! Pumpkin and Josh, you should be so proud of the people you are! Hope you come to NYC,” a third user commented.

A day prior, Alana posted a video showing how their first meet and greet went. Fans were seen warmly welcoming their family upon their arrival at the venue. Many cheered when Alana stepped out of the car and helped her other family members exit the vehicle.

While the family is going on tour, their reality show “Mama June: Road to Redemption” will continue to air new episodes for its sixth season. So far, the show has been focusing on Pumpkin’s brave move to seek sole physical custody of Alana so her younger sister would no longer have to deal with their controversial mom.

The events featured in the recent episodes were filmed months ago. Pumpkin was granted custody of Honey Boo Boo by a judge in Georgia last month. The court also ordered Mama June to pay for child support until Alana turns 18.

Amid all the family drama, there have been rumors that Pumpkin and Alana are in the process of getting their own reality show — one that does not include their mom. Reports claimed the siblings will meet with a top shot later this month, but International Business Times could not independently verify this information.
