Samsung recently announced many new products, including new laptops, the Bixby update and other nifty gadgets. So far, the two new Samsung notebooks will have great specs and a good-looking appearance. Here’s what we know about Samsung’s new tech.

At CES 2019, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro and the Samsung Notebook Flash were confirmed for release in early 2019. According to the official Samsung news site, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro showcases both performance and aesthetics with its strong specs and sleek design.

In terms of visuals, the laptop seems to have a thinner screen with reduced bezels and an overall metallic black and white color. Additionally, the laptop has good built-in audio with its 1.5W stereo speakers with a Thunder Amp. Lastly, the stylish laptop also comes with a fingerprint lock feature which makes it easier and faster to open it up when you’re on the go.

As for the Notebook 9 Pro’s specs, its Intel UHD 620 graphics card is enough to run recent video game releases and processor straining apps work just fine. Lastly, the notebook also comes with its own Active Pen, which makes it a great pick for creative professionals and other fields that require a lot of management and outlining.

Meanwhile, Samsung is also releasing the Notebook Flash, which could be more price-friendly than the Notebook 9 Pro. This notebook comes equipped with latest Intel Celeron N4000 processor, which assures fast processing power but not enough to run apps that may require some boosted specs to run smoothly. Nevertheless, this laptop seems to be great for work-specific tasks, like presentations or on-site management, as it comes with many ports.

In contrast to the Notebook 9 Pro, the Notebook Flash is made out of plastic and only has the Charcoal color confirmed for its U.S. release. Aspiring owners could only hope for this notebook’s specs as the aesthetics side seem to be lacking.

In other news, Samsung has also released an update on its Bixby virtual assistant app which allows it to be on other smart devices rather than just your smartphone. For now, we’ll have to wait on all of Samsung’s CES 2019 announcements to see more of what they’ll have in store for us this year.
