Sarah Ferguson spoke about Prince William and Kate Middleton’s and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal weddings.

The Duchess of York wasn’t invited to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s royal wedding in 2011. According to a report, it was due to Prince Philip’s request.

Ferguson admitted to Oprah Winfrey that she wanted to be there with Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. She admitted that it was difficult for her because she was the last royal bride to walk down the aisle at Westminster Abbey.

“It’s OK. Just remember we had such a good day. Our wedding was so perfect,” Prince Andrew comforted Ferguson after the wedding snub.

Ferguson admitted that she watched Prince William and Middleton’s wedding on TV and she remembered herself.

“I was that bride and at 25-years-old I went down the aisle of Westminster Abbey,” Ferguson told Elizabeth Saab on the US TV show “The Daily.” “It caused me to have great soul searching on regret, on all the things, you look at.”

Unlike Prince William and Middleton’s wedding, Ferguson scored an invite to Prince Harry and Markle’s big day. According to an insider, the Duke of Sussex fought with the palace to give Prince Andrew’s ex an invitation to his special day because he really wanted her to be there.

Ferguson said that she felt “honored” and “grateful” to be among the guests who witnessed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding. However, she wasn’t invited to the evening reception hosted by Prince Charles.

“She is not a member of the royal family anymore and Prince Charles simply doesn’t have time for her. He just can’t see why she is still such a big part of his brother’s life,” an insider said.

There are rumors that Ferguson and Prince Andrew are back together. They are spending a week with Queen Elizabeth II in Balmoral. Her Majesty has reportedly given her approval to the couple, but they were determined to keep their romance under wraps, so they traveled separately in order for them to not be photographed together.

However, no matter what happens to Ferguson and Prince Andrew’s romance, they might not get Prince Charles’ approval. The Prince of Wales is reportedly “not OK with Fergie.”
