Sarah Ferguson recently visited a charity and updated fans on her work two weeks after Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding.

The mom of two documented her most recent charity visit on Instagram. In the post, Ferguson is bonding with the youth at Julia’s House, a hospice that provides care for children and young people with limiting conditions.

In the photo, Ferguson is grinning from ear to ear while looking at a group of young children designing what looked like a cake.

“Julia’s House Children’s Hospice is a sanctuary of harmony and joy. To see the smiles of the children and the support given to the families, siblings included, is an embrace of goodness. Such a relief and support for families and children with life-limiting conditions,” she captioned the snap.

A picture of the Duchess of York was also uploaded on the hospice’s official Instagram account.

“We’re so excited to welcome Sarah, Duchess of York to our Devizes hospice tomorrow. She will be meeting some of our families and reading one of her own books to our children. Tune in to our social media channels for live coverage throughout the day!” they captioned the snap.

In related news, Ferguson made headlines recently after fans flooded her social media account with messages of support after she received a public apology from Closer magazine.

The publication previously claimed that Ferguson was considering writing or accepting a financial reward for a book about the royal family. It was, later on, confirmed that the claim was based on pure speculation and was totally without foundation.

Ferguson uploaded a screenshot of the magazine’s apology on her Instagram account. The Duchess of York’s fans were quick to tell her how much they loved her more after she addressed the issue with grace.

“I’ve always been a fan of yours. Congratulations on your beautiful daughter’s wedding,” one fan wrote.

“It’s about time for the press to make amends for all the slander and malice you’ve had to endure over the years. It’s not much, but at least it’s something. Nobody knows better than you and your family how much the press can hurt, especially when such fake information is widely reported as if they were real,” another fan commented.
