It’s clear that Chris Brown and Soulja Boy are not interested in ending their feud anytime soon. The artists, who have been engaging in a war of words and threats since the early hours of Tuesday morning, are still throwing subtle snubs at one another on social media 24 hours later.

“Everything you do comes back to you,” the rapper tweeted Wednesday. Soulja Boy followed his tweet by advising followers to be careful who they trust. “Put a Hole through you just like a cheerio,” Soulja Boy tweeted earlier, alleging that men who struggle to make $100,000 a day are broke.

While the rapper seems to be taking things seriously, Brown made light of the situation. The “Party” singer posted a video of himself doing a few ballet moves and then referred to himself as a “real gangster.”

The drama between the men started after Soulja Boy liked an Instagram photo of Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran. The rapper alleged that the singer called him complaining about the social media affection and things erupted from there.

The two went back and forth spewing verbal jabs at one another. At one point, Brown had several men with guns threaten Soulja Boy via Instagram and made comments claiming the rapper was not from “the hood.”

Later in the day, the rapper posted a video of himself on Instagram Live in which he ventured to a neighborhood where it was clear that not everyone was a fan. At one point in the video, Soulja Boy places his arm around a passing stranger who pushed him off and the two looked as if they were going to engage in a brawl until others stepped in.

Starting the new year off with positive vibes does not seem like something on Brown or Soulja Boy’s list of things to do.
