“Stitchers” Season 3 will soon reveal that Kirsten’s (Emma Ishta) mom is still alive.

In the past two seasons, Kirsten was convinced that none of her family members is still around. She also grew up away from her loved ones, and this made her a very independent person. But the new Season 3 teaser may have hinted that Kirsten will soon reunite with her mother. Kirsten stitches into the past and comes face-to-face with her mom. When she snaps out of the stitch, she tells everyone that her mother is still alive.

In the same teaser, which was dropped by Fox ahead of the series’ June 5 premiere, Kirsten and Cameron (Kyle Harris) get intimate. She tells Cameron that everything makes senses as long as he’s around. But in a shocking twist, Kirsten’s relationship with Cameron will also be put to the test. The former tells the latter that her dad killed someone close to him.

Camille (Allison Scagliotti), meanwhile, develops a close relationship with Amanda (Anna Akana). In the teaser, the two of them kiss and have sex. Camille was previously linked to Linus (Ritesh Rajan), and this is the first time that she will be involved with a woman.

Meanwhile, “Stitchers” Season 3, episode 1 has been titled “Out of the Shadows.” In the episode, the members of the Stitchers team will be reassigned to a different group after breaking protocol. However, they will be forced to work together when NSA Director Mitchell Blair (John Billingsley) surprises them with an emergency stitch demand that will yield shocking information.

Freeform also released the official logline for “Stitchers” Season 3 which reveals that the first episode will pick up right where the finale episode for Season 2 left off. In the episode, Kirsten fought for her dear life while in the middle of a stitch session. Cameron will be the one responsible for finding a way to get Kirsten out of the stitch alive and well.

“This season, Kirsten and the Stitchers team hack into the minds of the recently deceased to investigate diverse and unusual cases spanning from international relations to dark secrets with within their own families. New relationships will develop while others will end, and the true purpose of the Stitcher program will finally be revealed,” the synopsis read.
