Asuna and others accept their defeat to Vassago, also known as PoH, who leads the Red Army comprising of Chinese and Korean players. Finally, Vassago meets Kirito and ends up kicking his wheelchair to provoke him.

The official synopsis of "Sword Art Online: Alicization War Of Underworld" Part 2, Episode 17 reveals Kirito stays in a coma as Vassago pushes him. Meanwhile, Klein, who is witnessing the situation, grabs Vassago but is suppressed by the enemy.

Vassago pulls out his Mate Dagger and swings at Klein and at the time, an unexpected person appears.

Apart from the synopsis, the official website released spoiler stills from "Sword Art Online: Alicization War Of Underworld" Part 2, Episode 17. One of the spoiler photos shows a closeup shot of Kirito crying after looking at his friends. Another still shows an angry Klein and it is likely after Vassago kicks Kirito’s wheelchair. In another still, Vassago is shown ready to strike someone with his Mate Dagger. The upcoming episode is titled "Prince of Hell."

In the previous episode, Sinon faces Gabriel’s new avatar – Subtilizer. He asks Sinon about Alice, who left before he appeared. Later, he attacks Sinon but a token from Kirito protects her from Subtilizer’s attempt to drain her soul.
