Sylvester Stallone slammed "Rocky" producer Irwin Winkler for "controlling" the popular movie franchise for decades and added that the producer is now doing the same with the "Creed" franchise.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 76-year-old actor shared a portrait of Irwin, 91, where the face of the producer is visible while the body is replaced by a snake and a sword-like tongue can be seen coming out of his mouth.

"A VERY Flattering portrait of The Great Rocky/ Creed Producer, IRWIN WINKLER, from one of the country‘s greatest artist," Stallone captioned the post on Instagram. "ALSO after IRWIN controlling ROCKY for over 47 years, and now CREED."

The actor further shared that he would like to have his "rights" before the producer shares those rights with only his children.

"I really would like have at least a little WHAT’s LEFT of my RIGHTS back, before passing it on to ONLY YOUR CHILDREN," Stallone added. "I believe That would be a FAIR gesture from this 93 year old gentleman ? … This is a painful subject That eats at my soul."

Stallone went on to explain that he wanted to leave something of "Rocky" for his children - Seargeoh, 43, Sophia Rose, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet Rose, 20. "But it’s always great hearing from the loyal fans," he concluded the post. "Keep Punching."

Stallone slammed the producer after the latter's son, David Winkler, published a memoir. The actor shared the memoir's front page on Instagram on Saturday, revealing that he loves reading books and this one is the "worst."

The actor further suggested to his fans that if they ever run out of toilet paper then this book can be helpful.

"This unbearable worthless dreck was written by the painfully untalented David Winkler who is the son of the remarkably untalented and parasitical Producer of Rocky and Creed," he added. "Even though I barely ever saw him around in all those years, the one and only Irwin Winkler and wife Margot."

Stallone shared that he "really respected and LOVED" the producer's business partner named Robert Chartoff who was a talented person but died "too soon."

"If it wasn’t for Winkler there would’ve been at least another three Rocky’s, that would’ve been wonderful," he added. "Frankly that crew are the worst unhunman beings I’ve ever met in the movie industry. I will forever love the loyal fans and keep punching.!!! REMEMBER IT FEELS GOOD TO CLEAR YOUR HEART."

The first installment of "Rocky" was dropped in 1976. The success of the movie led to four more installments. "Creed," on the other hand, was released in 2015. "Creed" is a spin-off of the "Rocky" movie series.

Stallone appeared in the first two installments of "Creed," but the third one, which is slated to release on Nov. 23, won't feature the actor.
