Jenelle Evans has some words of advice for her followers -- go to therapy. The former "Teen Mom 2" star shared the notion with her Facebook followers on Wednesday.

"Even if you don't THINK you need it...go to therapy," the screenshotted post read. "If you WANT healthy relationships with people... go to therapy. If you WANT to be happy with yourself as a person... go to therapy. If you WANT to break toxic cycles... go to therapy. If you're reading this.. go. Trust me."

Although the reality star didn't come right out and say it, many have speculated that she was referring to how she's been dealing with her split from David Eason. On Oct. 31, she revealed she was focused on making "some big life decisions," starting with separating from her estranged husband, but not everyone believes that was the true motive behind the move.

One of those people is Kailyn Lowry, a fellow "Teen Mom 2" cast member who isn't exactly fond of Jenelle and David. On Dec. 6, she tweeted a story that claimed the estranged couple faked the divorce as a publicity stunt, however, based on the court documents Jenelle has filed since the split, it would be surprising if that were the case.

Shortly after Jenelle announced she would be divorcing David, she detailed 11 incidents of alleged abuse from her ex in order to receive a protective order on behalf of herself and her three children -- sons Jace Evans, 10, and Kaiser Griffith, 5, both from previous relationships, and 2-year-old daughter Ensley, whom she shares with David.

The 27-year-old really seems to be trying to get her life back on track and, if the rumors are true, the effort may lead to her getting her job back as an MTV cast member on "Teen Mom 2."

"Jenelle has been talking to MTV, and it has been about her coming back," an insider dished last month.
