“Teen Wolf” will take audiences back to the creepiest building in Beacon Hills in Season 5, episode 5. Scott’s (Tyler Posey) pack is heading back to Eichen House, the mental institution where Lydia (Holland Roden) was shown in the premiere’s flash forward. Yet, according to the episode 5 synopsis, the trip won’t be about the banshee.

“The pack enters Eichen House in order to learn more about the Dread Doctors,” the synopsis for "A Novel Approach" reads. With no clues as to anything else that’s happening, we have to wonder what the pack will learn. Will we discover how Lydia ends up in there later this season? Or will the Dread Doctors go after one of Scott’s friends?

Luckily, the promo gives more clues. Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) is included in the group heading to Eichen House. At the end of episode 4, he was being attacked, and in the promo for episode 5, it looks like he is with Lydia in Eichen House where they go to see Dr. Valack (Steven Brand).

The doctor with a third eye is locked up at the facility. He can give people visions of the future, but it also seemed like he could torture people in the “Teen Wolf” Season 4 finale when he spent time with Peter (Ian Bohen). The pack might try to get a glimpse of the future if they're visiting Dr. Valack.

The promo also shows Scott and Kira (Arden Cho) learning that bodies have been stolen from the morgue. Will they figure out that it’s Parrish (Ryan Kelley)? Or will they assume it has to do with the Dread Doctors?

Not hinted at in the promo or the episode synopsis is Scott and Stiles’ big fight. At San Diego Comic-Con, showrunner Jeff Davis warned that something would come between them in this episode. “Something happens in episode 5 at the beginning of the episode that causes a rift between Scott and Stiles,” he warned.
