TikTok has saved a 12-year-old boy’s life after an accident occurred while he was live-streaming and a viewer was able to call for help from 800 miles away.

Trent Jarrett went live on TikTok showing himself riding a four-wheeler when things escalated quickly after a viewer, 13-year-old Caden Cotnoir, noticed that the boy’s stream went black and he could hear someone asking for help.

“All of a sudden his phone goes kind of blank, you can see a little bit of light and you can just hear him yelling for help,” Cotnoir told WMUR-TV.

Cotnoir, located in New Hampshire while Jarrett was in West Virginia, was able to hear the boy yell out a set of numbers to call so he could get help, which happened to be his grandparent’s house number.

When the 13-year-old called the number, he was able to help the parents find their son who was trapped under the ATV. Luckily, he only suffered from a few cuts and bruises.

“He did was he was supposed to do and got the right people and it worked out. It was an Easter miracle,” Caden’s stepfather, Gilmanton Police Chief Matt Currier, said.
