KEY POINTS

  • Tori Spelling doesn't want to end her marriage to Dean McDermott for their kids
  • The "Pretty Hard Cases" star doesn't want to divorce Spelling due to financial reasons
  • Both Spelling and McDermott are struggling with their marriage due to his infidelities

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermot are having issues with their marriage, but they have no plans to divorce, a report has claimed.

Spelling sparked divorce rumors after she was spotted outside the office of her lawyer a few weeks ago. However, the couple does not seem to mind the speculations about their marriage as they have been seen out and about in public with their kids.

The Hollywood stars, who are parents to five children — Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4 — have been "very much struggling" in their union while going through a rough patch. But getting a divorce is not in the cards.

"Tori and Dean do things as a family for the sake of their kids and live in the same house but sleep in separate rooms," an unnamed source told Entertainment Tonight. "Tori is more vocal about what goes on between them, and Dean is just completely checked out."

The insider added that McDermott's alleged infidelities are the reason behind their troubled marriage. However, both are keeping their relationship for different reasons.

"Dean has been caught in so many lies and infidelities over the years and Tori is just over it," the source added. "Dean does not want to get divorced because of financial reasons, and Tori doesn't want to for the sake of their family."

Spelling's mom, Candy, put an additional strain on their marriage. She allegedly despises the "Open Range" star. The source said it was a "very hostile and sad situation."

Just like the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum's mom, her friends don't like her husband for her, another source told Page Six. In fact, when they heard the divorce rumors, they were more surprised that it didn't happen years ago. The tipster said no one on Spelling's side favors McDermott.

Another insider told Us Weekly that she wanted to end her 15-year marriage with McDermott after a recent fight when the "Pretty Hard Cases" actor "went missing for two days." However, when he returned home, he allegedly threatened to sue her for child support if they would end their marriage, and she "went ballistic." The source said money has always been an issue and that's among the reasons Spelling allegedly "feels trapped" in her marriage.
