Tori Spelling recently fueled rumors that she and her husband of 15 years, Dean McDermott, may be getting a divorce.

On Monday, Spelling, 48, was photographed looking livid while talking to someone on her cellphone outside a lawyer's office in Los Angeles. She also carried a notepad that seemingly pointed to an impending divorce as it showed that a discussion about "custody," "support" and "assets" was in her schedule for the day, Page Six reported.

In photos obtained by the outlet, Spelling wore an all-black suit with dark, pointed-toe heels and oversized shades for her meeting at the attorney's office. She accessorized with layered necklaces and tied her platinum blonde locks in a low ponytail.

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum was seen making aggressive gestures during the call as she firmly grasped her yellow legal notepad.

Close-up shots of Spelling's notes showed she listed "Pig pen – get quote," "AAA Jump Start Van" and finally "3pm Lawyer – assets – support – custody."

Photographers told Page Six that she spent about an hour inside her lawyer's office and left with McDermott "nowhere in sight." After what seemed to be a heated phone call, Spelling got into a large, gray Suburban alone and left.

Spelling's reps did not immediately respond to the outlet's request for comment. Neither the actress nor her husband has directly confirmed they are getting a divorce.

Days before his wife's sighting, McDermott, 54 was seen chatting with two women at a parking lot before his kids' soccer game. He was noticeably not wearing his wedding right at the time.

Just last month, the former "Chopped Canada" host brushed off rumors that he and Spelling may have called it quits.

"It’s just weird that people need to know," he said on the "Feminine Warrior" podcast. "‘What’s going on with Tori and Dean? She’s not wearing her ring.’ Why do you need to know that? How is that going to affect your day?"

He added that he no longer responds to such questions, saying, "I don’t reply anymore. It’s just like, ‘OK, if that’s what you want to think, then think it.'"

The divorce rumors started after Spelling was spotted sans her wedding band in March. She fueled the speculation three months later when she admitted to Jeff Lewis during her appearance on SiriusXM Radio Andy's "Jeff Lewis Live" that she and her husband no longer sleep in the same bedroom.

In August, McDermott appeared unfazed by the split rumors as he gushed over his wife on social media. When Spelling was announced as the new co-host for E!'s chat show "Daily Pop" for a week, he commented on her post on Instagram, "You look amazing!!! So proud of you!!"

Spelling and McDermott have been married for 15 years. They share five kids together: Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 9, Finn, 8, and Beau, 4.
