Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have not reached a divorce settlement just yet, but a new report is claiming the “Maleficent 2” star is hopeful she will work out an agreement with her estranged husband in the near future.

Jolie first filed for divorce from Pitt in 2016. Although the estranged couple was able to come to a custody agreement for their children in 2018, they have yet to reach a divorce settlement.

After the actors were spotted together during a meeting about their wine company, HollywoodLife published an article claiming Jolie believes her gathering with Pitt had a positive result that will help move their divorce forward.

“Angelina’s feelings are all over the map after her latest meeting with Brad, it was very emotional. On one hand, it was hard for her to see him, it brought up all her feelings of disappointment over her marriage failing,” an alleged source told the site.

The mysterious tipster went on to suggest that while Jolie misses Pitt and finds it painful to be around him, she thinks their bitter relationship is beginning to move in a positive direction.

“But at the same time she does feel like they’re making progress, they got a lot of things hashed out and she’s feeling very hopeful that they’ll be able to sign off on a final agreement soon,” the supposed insider added.

Photos of Pitt and Jolie coming together for a meeting comes amid claims the 55-year-old actor is dating Charlize Theron. However, sources told Entertainment Tonight the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” isn’t in a relationship the 43-year-old actress.

Neither Pitt nor Jolie have commented on rumors suggesting they are nearing a divorce settlement.
