A California man arrived home to find three dead bodies and a bomb threat written on his walls on Thursday.

Officers received a call to Simi Valley residence at 6:45 p.m. where a man arrived home from work and discovered three dead bodies and a lot of blood in his home.

The man discovered a woman’s dead body first and police discovered bodies of a man and a dog with gunshot wounds later. It is still not known if the resident was acquainted with the two people found dead.

Furthermore, police discovered a bomb threat written on the wall of the house implying of a bomb in the residence.

Simi Valley Police spokesman Steve Shorts told CNN that the house, together with the 47 other residents of the gated community, was evacuated. No bombs were discovered and police investigations are still ongoing.
