Ryanair passengers traveling from Manchester to Croatia on July 5, endured hours of “hell” after 70 drunk attendees to a festival stormed the plane and created a nuisance.

Aneta Zukow, 24, and boyfriend, 32-year-old Piotr Nesan, were on the three-and-a-half-hour flight when the group of party-goers stormed into the flight and started yelling for hours. They also refused to listen to the crew and vomited down the aisle.

Video of the incident showed the travelers shouting at each other before one of them vomits and passes out. Throughout, his mates laughed and continued to scream.

Calling them uncontrollable, Zukow said nobody was able to calm them down and that most of them ignored the safety instructions. Describing the situation as that of "a nightclub without the music,” she said three of them were taken into custody by police once the flight landed at the destination.

Describing the entire incident, Zukow said, "It was like being in a jungle with wild animals. It was hell on earth. It was the worst flight of my life. It was absolutely appalling. The only way I can describe it is like being in a nightclub without the music 10,000ft above the ground. They were shouting, chanting and the crew could not calm them down.”

"They were uncontrollable. No one could calm them down. It was completely unacceptable. All of them were drunk. The cabin crew threatened to throw them off several times. They were basically having a party on the plane. They were animals. It was obvious they were drunk when they boarded the plane. No one was allowed to buy alcohol for the whole flight because they were so drunk. It was unacceptable. The police came on when we landed before anyone was allowed to get off. Three of them were taken away. They were being arrested. It was a horrible experience,” she added.

Confirming the incident, a Ryanair spokesperson said, “The crew of this flight from Manchester to Zadar (July 5) requested police assistance upon arrival after a number of passengers became disruptive. The aircraft landed normally and police removed the individuals. The safety and comfort of our customers, crew and aircraft is our number one priority and this is now a matter for local police."
