Victoria Beckham’s new designer bag worth $13, 950 sold out within hours of going online, reports the Daily Mail.

Victoria had launched a collection of handbags on Net-A-Porter’s international website in December. It is a crocodile design purse which has attracted the maximum attention and sold out within an hour in the UK.

When the same design was put on sale on the U.S. site on Thursday, the bag vanished by the afternoon, report various websites, indicating that the bag seems to have turned into a must-have accessory for fashionistas. Those who want the bag now can put it on the site's ’wish-list'.

Victoria’s designing career started in 2005 but she got recognition only in 2009 and 2010. Her evening gowns and ready-to wear range has garnered maximum appreciation. Her ever expanding brand includes a range of business attire in addition to her evening gowns and ready-to-wear dresses, accessories and now hand bags.Beckham teamed up with accessories designer Katie Hillier to create her line of bags.

Victoria has confirmed that she will be presenting her autumn/winter range at the New York Fashion Week in February. She will not be showing at the London Fashion week though. Victoria had some other pleasing news to share with the world recently, the arrival of a new baby by this summer. It seems her concentration on her family and work is really paying off.
