Wendy Williams was emotional on her talk show on Tuesday as she revealed she has been living in a sober house to deal with addiction, and now, it's being reported that her husband, Kevin Hunter, is the one who required her to do so, while he allegedly carries on a double-life with another woman.

Hunter and Williams have been married for 22 years, and he produces her talk show, but a source on the set told Page Six that sober living does not seem like the best idea for the 54-year-old gossip queen.

“No one thinks it’s the right place for Wendy. She seems so frail and vulnerable. It’s frightening just how completely under Kevin’s control Wendy is...But she won’t hear a word against him. Those close to her are terrified something awful is going to happen. She comes to the set looking terrible.”

Meanwhile, as Hunter, 47, seems to be a doting husband by often taking her to the sober house, as seen in videos captured by DailyMailTV, he allegedly is dating Sharina Hudson, 33.

"Kevin is in love with Sharina but he told her he can't leave his wife, but the only reason he is still with Wendy is that he and Sharina can't take care of themselves - they need her money," DailyMailTV reports.

Over the years, Hunter has reportedly purchased properties for Hudson to live in and helped her establish her career, and even reportedly takes her on trips with Williams. There are even photos obtained by DailyMailTV which show the two on vacation.

"He controls everything, he takes her phone, she has zero friends, she's not in regular contact with her family. He controls every aspect of her life because he's insecure," The DailyMail said about Hunter's marriage to Williams.

The outlet also claims that while confronting Hunter about his outside romance late last year, Williams fell, suffering a hairline fracture. While on painkillers for the injury, the publication said she became addicted to them and began drinking heavily, but explained her absence on her talk show earlier this year by blaming it on her battle with Graves' disease.
