During her talk show on Tuesday, Wendy William revealed that she has a sober coach and lives in sober housing. She says only her husband and son knew before she made it publicly known.

The 54-year-old, who took time off from hosting her show earlier this due to her battle with Graves’ disease, told her audience, “So, you know me for being a very open and truthful person. And I've got more to the story for you.”

While Williams previously explained her hiatus from her talk show as being due to her disease, numerous fans had their doubts, noting cheating rumors concerning husband Kevin Hunter and a massage therapist.

“Well, for some time now and even today and beyond I have been living in a sober house... You know I've had a struggle with cocaine in my past... And I want you to know more of the story,” she said.

Williams has candidly spoken about using the illicit drug in the past, telling CBS last year, "I was a functioning addict though. I report to work on time, and I'd walk in and all my co-workers, including my bosses, would know but since I would have my headphones on and walk in the studio and [they] wouldn't fire me because I was making ratings."

While she was able to stop using cocaine, Williams is now addicted to alcohol and painkillers, reports the Daily Mail.

“I go to several meetings all around town in the tri-state area and I see my brothers and sisters caught up in their addiction and looking for help," Wendy said on her show Tuesday.

"It's been really interesting, this ride. Only Kevin and Kevin [Jr.] have known about this. Not my parents, nobody. Nobody knew... After I finished my appointments...I am driven by my 24-hour sober coach back to a home that I live in here in the Tri-state with a bunch of smelly boys who have become my family.

They hog the TV and watch soccer. We talk and read and then I get bored with them. Doors are locked by 10 p.m. Lights out by 10 p.m. So I go to my room, and I stare at the ceiling and I fall asleep to wake up and come back here to see you. So that is my truth."
