Wendy Williams is about to be a single lady. The talk show host has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Kevin Hunter.

A source told New York Post's Page Six that Williams served Hunter with divorce papers at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday. Williams’ attorney confirmed the split to the outlet.

The couple has dealt with a lot of public turmoil recently, especially after news surfaced that his alleged mistress, 33-year-old masseuse Sharina Hudson, gave birth to a child last month. He has reportedly been seeing her for over 10 years.

Meanwhile, Hunter and Williams have been married for nearly 22 years. Williams and Hunter met in 1994, married three years later, and welcomed a son, Kevin Hunter Jr., in 2000.

Hunter's alleged affair is speculated to be the catalyst that led to Williams, once again, battling addiction issues and ending up in a sober house, which she recently revealed on her hit talk show.

“I go to several meetings all around town in the tri-state area and I see my brothers and sisters caught up in their addiction and looking for help," the 54-year-old said in part to her audience in late March.
