Social media users poked fun at President Donald Trump Wednesday after he tweeted about his travel ban, saying it would be an "Easy D!" Reuters

There has been a large increase of people who have come into the U.S. from “certain areas,” President Donald Trump said in a tweet Wednesday afternoon.

"Big increase in traffic into our country from certain areas, while our people are far more vulnerable, as we wait for what should be EASY D!" the president tweeted Wednesday.

His tweet came ahead of federal judges' deciding whether to restore his temporary travel ban restricting people from seven Muslim-majority countries entering the U.S.

However, many were left wondering what exactly “Easy D” meant. Trump was probably referring to his administration's court battle over his recent executive order on immigration, saying it should be quite an "easy decision" for the judicial branch. Three federal judges heard oral arguments Tuesday to determine whether the travel ban would be reinstated.

The panel of federal judges should immediately reinstate the executive order for the sake of national security, the president urged Wednesday.

“I don’t want to call a court biased, so I won’t call it biased,” the president said at a gathering of the Major Cities Chiefs Association in Washington. “Courts seem to be so political and it would be so great for our justice system if they could read a statement and do what’s right.”

Tuesday's hearing came after a federal judge in Seattle temporarily blocked Trump's order last week Friday. Trump was upset with the ruling and attacked U.S. District Judge James Robart, calling him a "so-called judge" and disparaging his decision as "ridiculous."

Trump said Wednesday the law would allow him to have complete control of who enters and leaves the country.

"A bad high school student would understand this," he said. "Anybody would understand this."

The appeal courts were expected to announce a decision this week.

Many people took to social media to give their own interpretation of the term "Easy D." Some even referenced the late hip-hop legend Eazy E.
