Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew divorced on May 30, 1996, and so much has happened in her life since then.

The mom of two became a children’s book author in the early 2000s. One of the first books that she released was the “Little Red” series, “Tea for Ruby,” “Budgie” series,” and “Ballerina Rosie.”

In 2010, Ferguson released her “Helping Hand” series, which is focused on the various issues that the youth faces. This includes bullying, dealing with strangers, adjusting to a new life as an older sibling, and more.

A year later, Ferguson made it to the New York Time’s best seller list with her 2011 memoir “Finding Sarah: A Duchess’s Journey to Find Herself.” In the book, Ferguson talked about how she managed to escape her negative persona on the media and more.

Other than writing books, Ferguson also appeared on a slew of television shows and starred in several interviews. In 1998, she made a cameo on “Friends” in the episode called “The One With Ross’s Wedding.” She also partnered with Oprah for a six-part documentary series called “Finding Sarah.”

Ferguson has also been actively involved with several charities and organizations. In 2014, she founded the charity Key to Freedom with her daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. The non-profit organization is dedicated to helping women who are victims of trafficking to sell their goods through the British retailer Topshop.

Ferguson is also part of the charity group Street Child, which is aimed at building schools and training teachers in conflict-affected areas.

In her op-ed piece for the Evening Standard last month, Ferguson wrote, “It has certainly made me a better mother to my daughters Beatrice and Eugenie, giving me a sense of perspective, and allowing me to encourage them to use the platform they have to get involved in charitable work.”

Ferguson will be seen in public during Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding. She is reportedly helping her daughter and future son-in-law with the wedding planning and organizing the reception at the Royal Lodge.
