Although Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still working towards finalizing their divorce and reaching a permanent custody arrangement for their kids, it doesn’t mean the “Maleficent 2” star has been destroying her estranged spouse’s belongings.

When Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, she and her six children, Pax, Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox, began living apart from Pitt. However, a new report is claiming the actress has been cleansing her home to remove any trace of her husband.

RadarOnline published an article suggesting Jolie is purging “their once shared home” amid their “epic divorce.” The story details the account of a “source,” who claims the stars’ divorce lawyers have created a list of “important” items the actors must return to one another.

The supposed confidant claims Jolie has been throwing away everything of Pitt’s that doesn’t apply to the list. “Brad left a bunch of items with Angie and the kids, like antiques and family heirlooms as well as sentimental trinkets and old toys from his childhood — and she tosses anything of Brad she finds straight into the trash, without hesitation!”

The “insider” went on to imply Jolie chose to trash Pitt’s items out of spite. “With the way she feels about him right now, she feels no need or desire to play nice,” the “source” said.

However, a Jolie insider told Gossip Cop the RadarOnline story is both “untrue” and “ridiculous.” The fact-checking website also noted that the actress is not living in the home she once shared with Pitt.

In 2017, Jolie purchased the Cecil B. DeMille estate in Los Angeles, where she currently lives with her and Pitt’s children. While the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” actor did loan his wife $8 million to purchase the home, the two never lived together in the residence.

A source previously told Us Weekly Jolie’s main priority is her children and helping them rebuild their relationship with Pitt, saying, “She continues to support the reconciliation of the children with Brad.”

Although Jolie and Pitt have not reached amicable legal agreements regarding their marriage and kids, the actress has not destroyed her estranged husband’s belongings.
