Meghan Markle and Prince Harry married in May, but according to a new report, they may have been trying for a baby long before their wedding day.

According to Life & Style’s Dec. 10 print issue, the Duchess and Duke of Sussex were planning for their first child before they said their vows in front of family and friends at George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, earlier this year.

“She and Harry were trying for a baby even before they walked down the aisle in May,” a source told the tabloid. “Meghan can’t wait to be a mother.”

The insider added that the pregnancy has only helped grow the bond between Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, who are expecting their bundle of joy this spring.

“Harry has always been an attentive husband, but more so than ever now that he’s going to be a dad,” said the source. “The pregnancy has only strengthened their marriage.”
