Miss Universe 2018 has declared a winner, and it's Philippines' Catriona Gray! But who exactly is the stunning Filipino beauty? Here are some things you need to know about Miss Universe 2018.

Gray was born in Australia to a Filipino mother and an Australian father, according to ABS-CBN. Her mother, Normita Magnayon, comes from Oas town, Albay in the Philippines, while her father was born in Scotland. The couple has a 20-year age gap.

Gray is not only gorgeous, but she’s an athlete as well. The 24-year-old has a black belt in taekwondo. And her interests are certainly diverse since she is also a singer, according to Heavy.com. She holds a master's certificate in Music Theory from the Berklee College of Music in Boston.

The Miss Universe 2018 winner is also no stranger to the spotlight and even the beauty pageant scene. Gray joined and won her first beauty pageant, Little Miss Philippines, in Sydney at only 5 years old.

In 2016, she was hailed Miss World Philippines. She finished in the top five of Miss World that year, but she was beaten to the title by Puerto Rico contender Stephanie del Valle.

Gray starred in her first commercial when she was 16.

Traveling is her favorite hobby. Gray moved to her mother's home country when she turned 18. She earned the money for the plane ticket by herself from modeling gigs. Among the many gorgeous cities in the Philippines, her favorite is Palawan.

Aside from her talents, Gray also has diverse taste when it comes to food. She says adobo and balut are her favorite to eat when in the Philippines.

Gray started her own charity project as well; the initiative is dubbed "Paraiso: The Bright Beginnings Project." Her organization aims to raise funds to build a preschool in Tondo, Manila's Smokey Mountain — one of the Philippines most poverty-stricken areas.

In addition, Gray volunteers as a teacher's assistant to the students of a nonprofit organization and is also an advocate for HIV/AIDS at Love Yourself PH.

Despite being busy with her career and charity, the Miss Universe 2018 is also enjoying a loving relationship with her longtime boyfriend. She and Filipino-German actor Clint Bondad have been together for over six years.
