After only three months of dating, former basketball player Lamar Odom and personal trainer Sabrina Parr are engaged.

There is a lot more to know about Parr than just being Odom’s fiancée, as she is also a former athlete, life coach, personal trainer, radio broadcaster and mother.

On her website, Get Up To Parr, she talks about how she became the person she is today. Not only is she an award-winning five-time All American and two-time state track champion, but she also took her past and turned it into a career as an ESPN radio broadcaster. She was later fired in 2017 for comments she made about Cleveland Browns rookie Jabrill Peppers, according to Heavy.

Parr then found fame with her “MyFit” meal and workout regimen and building a community within it. According to her site, “hundreds of testimonials poured into her social media feed from “MyFit” members who welcomed the astounding weight loss results” they achieved while following her guidelines.

Odom will also not be Parr’s first husband. She was previously married to Antonio Davis, with whom she shares two children, a boy and a girl. The marriage found trouble when Parr was arrested for assaulting Davis with a trophy, according to Radar Online. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with three years probation.

Since divorcing her husband in 2016, Parr seems to have found a new life with Odom, and the pair even recently went on “The Real” to talk about a new reality show they are filming.

“The show was kind of brought to us,” said Parr. “We were always saying to one another, ‘We need some cameras following us. We’re funny! People need to see this,’ And literally, a production company called us, we had a meeting and they were like, ‘We would love to do a show with you guys.’”

Odom added that the show will be about “black love and black excellence.”
