After being falsely linked to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, model Chrissy Teigen has decided to go “private” on Twitter. The decision was taken after she received a plethora of tweets and messages on how she was on Epstein’s flight logs going to his island, Little Saint James.

Teigen slammed all the trolls who tried to malign her name and said that she is done with their antics and called them “ignorant.” In an earlier tweet, she indicated that she might go a “little more private”private on the micro-blogging website because of the whole issue.

John Legend’s wife also criticized some of the social media users who kept on posting about the issue even when she has denied all the allegations.

“Keep posting [explicit] with zero context around it. The tweet before, the one after. Thinking quotes from a TV show are messages to the fellow pedos? So sick of this dumb [explicit]. You’re willfully ignorant. I’d be a little more private about it. Thanks,” Teigen wrote.

The model thought that going private was a better decision than abandoning the platform. A few minutes after the aforementioned tweet, Teigen officially went private and welcomed her 13.1 million followers to her “club.”

“Went private! Welcome to my club. Exclusive to 13 million!” Teigen wrote.

Despite making her account private, Teigen said she is aware that she is under some kind of surveillance. Some of the netizens were still sending her inappropriate tweets and making conspiracy theories about her connection to the late financier.

“There’s a def few in here that I’ve locked in who are gonna be quiet and think they’re soooo CIA, reporting anything I say to their Reddit jerk off chains. Let them pretend to be doing something. We all need purpose ,” the model wrote.

Teigen also joked that she would rather annoy the conspiracy theorists than leave social media because it “is way more fun than being sad.”

“Ok pi---ng them off is way more fun than being sad,” she wrote.

Recently, Teigen revealed that she blocked more than 1 million people on Twitter and deleted over 60,000 tweets because of the “stupid behavior” shown by some of the social media users.

“I have block chained over one million people, ONE MILLION people today and I am still flooded with sick psychopaths. So please, spare me the ‘just ignore them, they’re just trolls,’” she wrote.
