Tekashi 6ix9ine may have received an earlier release date from prison, but his legal troubles are far from over.

A woman is suing the “FEFE” rapper, born Daniel Hernandez, for $150 million after she was shot in the foot by a stray bullet on July 16, 2018, in her Brooklyn, New York, apartment complex, Page Six reports.

The anonymous plaintiff claims in the lawsuit that her injury resulted from Tekashi ordering someone “to assault and/or murder the Nine Trey members involved in his kidnapping.” The hit allegedly came after the 23-year-old learned that the rivals were shooting a music video in the Smurf Village building.

“Jane Doe” further reports that after she was shot in the foot by a stray bullet, she fell to the floor, which also caused her to injure her back.

In December 2019, Judge Paul A. Engelmayer sentenced Tekashi to 24 months in prison. The judgment came after the rapper pled guilty to nine federal charges and testified against his Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods affiliates. The 13 months he served prior were counted toward his new sentence.

“Hernandez provided the government with critical insight into the structure and organization of Nine Trey,” prosecutors wrote to Judge Engelmayer prior to his sentence hearing, The New York Times reports.

During his testimony, he admitted to his involvement with the gang and a number of violent incidents including a shooting believed to involve rival rapper Chief Keef, Page Six reports.

“I apologize to the court, to anyone who was hurt, to my family, friends and fans for what I have done and who I have let down,” Hernandez told Judge Engelmayer at the time.

Following his testimony, a jury convicted Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack on charges of racketeering conspiracy.

Ellison, the rapper’s former bodyguard, was also convicted for the July 22, 2018 kidnapping and robbing of Tekashi. The alleged incident occurred six days after the aforementioned “Jane Doe” was shot in the foot.

Tekashi is due to be released from prison in August. He is also currently facing a $2.25 million lawsuit from Fashion Nova.
