Through coordinated Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS ) attacks the group, which acted in conjunction with the formless and international hacker collective Anonymous, and in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement, temporarily shut down the public websites for NASDAQ, BATS stock exchange and the Chicago Board options Exchange (CBOE).

On the same day that the new Twisted Metal video game for the PS3 was released, Sony announced that its movie studio is planning to produce a Twisted Metal film. Brian Taylor, who directed Ghost Rider and Crank, is set to write and direct. The game marked New Yorks's fifth straight victory, the team's longest winning streak this season, which began when Lin came off the bench against the New Jersey Nets. Michael Bay Signed on for Transformers 4: Movie Release Date Set for Next Summer
