Tammy Slaton did not mince words when she addressed the people who disregarded her efforts in living a healthy life.

The "1000-Lb Sisters" star has been active on TikTok. In a since-deleted video reposted by a fan, Tammy slammed one netizen who alleged that she was not exerting effort in taking care of herself.

"Honestly if she doesn't care about taking care of herself let her put herself in her grave. Only so much you can do," the comment read.

Tammy was visibly upset about the comment because she slammed the netizen after reading it.

"I don’t care about my health?" Tammy said in the video as she paused and smirked. "Yeah! I wish y’all would give me some credit man like I was trying."

She continued, "Honestly, I’m trying. But y’all just wanna keep holding me back. How the f--k do you expect me to win? How the f--k do you expect somebody to do great and be great if y’all keep holding me down?"

Tammy acknowledged that she made mistakes in the past after failing the second and third chances given to her. She reminded her fans that it's a blessing that she is still alive after all she went through, referring to the major health scare she endured that was featured in the "1000-Lb Sisters" Season 3 finale. The TLC star also questioned those who criticized her, saying that "true fans would ride or die."

Tammy is still in a rehab facility addressing her food addiction and trying to lose weight. The clip was taken recently because the tracheotomy tube was still inserted in her neck. She explained that the doctors decided to put it in her neck because "they wanted an open airway in case I got sick again."

Tammy explained that the netizens only know what they see and have no idea about the backstory that's why they don't understand why she was mad. She added that her sister Amy "is not the blessing you all think she is — at least not all the time."

"The jokes on y’all. I’m using all y’all’s hate to thrive. Now you know why I keep posting videos. Because I don’t care what all y’all think," she concluded.

Amy recently told The Sun that Tammy paid for the pricey rehab and lost her home because she could no longer afford the rent. So, she will be staying with Amy and her family when she returns from the facility. Tammy's sister also shared that TLC paid for her previous stays, and they made an undisclosed amount from the network.

Amy is not sure if she will return for another season because she is pregnant with her second child. Also, her 15-month-old son Gage doesn't want her away. According to her, she will consider if the producers will reduce her filming hours.

"1000-Lb Sisters" Season 3 aired its finale episode last month. TLC has not yet announced if the show will be renewed for another season.
