Tammy Slaton has tied the knot with Caleb Willingham at the Ohio rehab facility where they met and fell in love.

The "1000-Lb. Sisters" star, 36, exchanged "I do's" with Willingham, 39, at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, Saturday, People reported.

"You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham," Slaton said, according to the outlet. "I'm married now!"

Slaton and Willingham invited 30 friends and family members to the small celebration, an unnamed TLC source told People.

Photos from the nuptials shared by the outlet showed the newlyweds revealing their wedding rings.

Another photo featured the bride posing with her sister, Amy Slaton, while holding sunflowers. Tammy wore a white gown and tiara, while Amy opted for an orange dress with purple hair.

In another image, Tammy can be seen smiling next to her now-husband, who wore a black outfit with brown suspenders for the ceremony.

In October, Willingham proposed to Tammy in a video shared with The Sun. The couple reportedly shared the same struggles and were a "huge support" for each other while in rehab.

Willingham is willing to move to Kentucky to spend more time with his wife, according to the outlet.

In the third season of their TLC reality show, which aired earlier this year, Tammy's brother Chris said she was rushed in an ambulance to the hospital as a result of her having "taken a turn for the worse" a day after she got to the weight loss rehab facility.

Tammy, who had been struggling with depression, heavy drinking and vaping, "had quit breathing" after her brother and her sister-in-law Brittany dropped her off, Chris said.

"They're just telling us that her lungs have given up, and like her body is shutting down," Tammy's sister Amanda said in the Season 3 finale episode, which was filmed in 2021. "So at this point, you know, we're facing making funeral arrangements for my little sister."

She continued, "I'm just sitting here thinking, 'Oh my god.' She's been in such a bad place for so long. She waited too long. And now that she has the courage to step out and get the help that she needs, now this."

Doctors put Tammy on a ventilator and in a medically induced coma. Tammy woke up four days later, and when she was conscious, she kept telling her family that she loved them and wanted to go home, Chris added.

Tammy returned to the rehab facility after she was discharged from the hospital. Chris said Tammy lost 115 pounds after 30 days.

Tammy and Willingham's wedding will be documented in the new season of "1000-Lb. Sisters," which will premiere on Jan. 17 at 9 p.m. local time on TLC.
