A teen who disappeared from her Utah home on the night of Sept. 20 is still missing, and her mother suspects she may have been abducted.

It's been two weeks since Morgan Sessions, 17, from Eagle Mountain, was last heard from. Her worried mother, Rebecca Davis, who is now leading the search for the teen, thinks something wrong may have happened to her, reported KUTV.

Davis said she helped her daughter with her homework the night before she vanished. But when the mother woke up, she realized the girl was missing. Now she fears someone may have abducted the teen.

"There's something wrong, I just feel it. There's something wrong," Davis told the outlet. "Whoever has her right now, they have her, and it's not because of Morgan on her own."

Sessions just started a new job and was planning for her future after high school, Davis said. The girl took neither her phone nor her car, which she spent months saving for. According to her mother, it was very unlikely of her.

"She'd left her backpack with the homework we had done inside," she added. "She left her purse; she left her phone. Her school Chromebook, her personal Chromebook. Things she spent a lot of time and money on to earn."

Davis describes her daughter as someone who easily trusts people by finding the best in them and she fears this could be putting the teen in danger now.

Sessions has not reached out to any of her friends on social media or logged into her Spotify account since her disappearance.

The Utah County Sheriff's Office said they are searching for Sessions by looking into co-workers, family members and tracing phone records. The police said they do not have any indication that the girl was in danger but they are concerned since there has not been any contact with her.

As part of the search, Sessions' relatives talked to her friends, teachers and neighbors and checked CCTV footage at gas stations. They are now focusing their search in the Salt Lake City area and near the Arizona border where the girl has family ties, New York Post said in a report.

"I think about her nonstop. If she's ok, if someone's feeding her, if she's being hurt, if she's alive," Davis said further.

Sessions stands 5-foot-1 and has blonde hair. Anyone who has information about her may get in touch with the Utah County Sheriff's Office.
