• Angelina Jolie used to take Harry Thornton camping every week
  • Harry said he talked to Jolie from time to time but not every day
  • The "Relatively Famous" star thought Jolie was cool and fun

Angelina Jolie makes sure that Billy Bob Thornton's son, Harry Thornton, is aware that she still remembers him every Christmas by sending him presents.

Jolie and Billy Bob were married from 2000 to 2003. It has been almost two decades since they split, but the "Maleficent" star still gives his son a Christmas gift each year.

"To this day, she still sends me Christmas gifts every year and stuff like that," Harry, 27, told Entertainment Tonight about Jolie's generosity toward him. "I don’t talk to her on the phone every day, but every now and then we talk."

When Jolie married Billy Bob, he was already a father of three. Reminiscing about their time together, Harry said his vacations with Jolie prepared him for his time on "Relatively Famous."

"She was so cool," he said. "She took us camping every week and she rented, like, an RV one time, and we went on a full camping trip."

He added, "She was just so fun for us back when we were, like, younger. Like, she was a lot of fun."

"Relatively Famous: Ranch Rules" follows eight celebrity kids ditching their luxurious lifestyle for ranch life. It was a revival of "Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive," which starred Kourtney Kardashian before "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." The group will help a ranch owner re-open their business after it was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Aside from Harry, the show stars Martin Lawrence's daughter Jasmin, David Hasselhoff's daughter Taylor, Ray Parker Jr.'s son Redmond, Bully Gunn's son Austin, Shaquille O'Neal's child Myles and Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo's child Hana.

Harry said his dad advised him not to do "anything embarrassing" on the show. However, he didn't follow it. Meanwhile, Jasmin and Taylor's parents were supportive of them and wanted them to enjoy the experience.

"He was really excited for me, and he was like, ‘I’m proud of you. Take the opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone and do something for someone else,'" Jasmin told ET. "I think that was really important to him."

"He said to me, 'Just go have fun. Live life to the fullest,'" Taylor shared what her 69-year-old dad said to her.

"Relatively Famous: Ranch Rules" premiered Wednesday at 9 p.m. on E!
