Actor Harish Patel, who played Karun in "Eternals," admitted that he has never watched the movies of Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek.

"To tell you the truth, I'd never seen their films," Patel told Collider on Tuesday. "I'd maybe seen one of Angelina's movies, but I didn't watch all of it; I can't sit for long periods. I'd only heard of them."

The 68-year-old actor added that he was called for a table read immediately after his audition.

"I was called in for a table read immediately after my audition, and all these stars were there, except Angelina," he told the outlet. "They were all there. It felt like I was a part of the family from day one."

This is not the first time the actor has shared details of his audition and how he met the other stars who were part of "Eternals."

The Indian actor opened up about his first meeting with Hayek during an interview with Pinkvilla back in June. Patel said while he was enjoying his food after the audition, Hayek tapped on his shoulder and welcomed him on board.

"Eternals" was dropped exclusively in theaters on Nov. 5. The movie was directed by Oscar-winner Chloé Zhao.

The movie was initially banned in Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, due to same-sex love-making scenes. Jolie criticized the action at the time, noting that it was really "sad" for the audience.

It is slated to release in the Gulf region this Thursday.

The star-studded "Eternals" features Jolie as Thena, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Hayek as Ajak and Kit Harington as Black Knight.

Following the release of "Eternals," Marvel is all set to release another highly anticipated movie, "Spider-Man: No Way Home," on Dec. 17. Its latest poster revealed that iconic villain Green Goblin will also appear in the movie, elevating fans' excitement.
