Are Jenelle Evans and David Eason getting back together? At this point it's unknown but they do seem to be turning over a new leaf.

Just two months after the former "Teen Mom 2" star received an order of protection against Eason she filed documents to dismiss them. Her request, which was made on Jan. 10, was signed off on by a judge on Monday, according to TMZ who was informed by a rep for the Davidson County Circuit Court.

Jenelle and Eason were due in a Tennessee courtroom on Tuesday to make the order permanent but Jenelle's voluntary request resulted in the case being fully dismissed.

The mother of three announced she was splitting from her husband on Oct. 31 in a social media post. Whether she will move forward with her plans for divorce is unclear, however, the dismissal of the protection order will allow Eason to have contact with their 2-year-old daughter, Ensley and even Jenelle's sons, 10-year-old Jace and 5-year-old Kaiser, from previous relationships.

While the news is likely a relief for the former reality star husband, it's not the end of his legal woes. After he failed to appear in a North Carolina courtroom on Jan. 9 for an unrelated case, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

In that case, Eason was charged with tampering with a vehicle and injury to personal property after he took it upon himself to hitch onto and move a car that he claimed was blocking his way in connection to a 2018 incident.
