David Eason is in trouble with the law... again.

The ex-husband of former MTV "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans had a warrant issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court in North Carolina on Thursday.

According to The Blast, the New Hanover criminal clerk's office said Eason was ordered to appear for a hearing for an incident that occurred in 2018. He was originally charged with tampering with a vehicle and injury to personal property after he took it upon himself to hitch onto and move a car that he claimed was blocking his way.

At the time, he recorded and posted a video of himself doing this and captioned the video, "Learn the right way to deal with [expletive] who think it's cool to block you in a parking space."

Eason is no stranger to legal woes. He recently just had a restraining order placed against him by his ex-wife after she detailed some of his alleged harrowing actions. In the filing, Jenelle claimed 11 incidents of abuse and cited "his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons" as the reasoning for the protective order.

The mother of three announced her split from Eason last October after she had taken a break from social media.

"I've mostly kept off social media the past few days because I've been focused on making some big life decisions ... I want what's best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from 'Teen Mom' I've started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes."

"I'm starting that now," she added.
