First it was Lindsay Lohan who sported a drastically different face, earning the nickname pillow face.

Now, Ashley Judd is the talk of Hollywood and the Internet for being seen with a puffy face during a recent appearance, sparking rumors about plastic surgery, which her rep denied.

On Monday, 43-year-old Judd appeared on a Canadian television show to promote her new television series, Missing, and was almost recognizable with a swollen face though she maintained her svelte figure. The Daily Mail posted photos of Judd arriving in Toronto with a bloated face carrying her dog, Buttermilk.

During her appearance on The Marilyn Denis Show on CTV in Toronto, Twitter users immediately noticed that her face was inflated, calling her pillow face and blaming it on botched plastic surgery.

Ashley Judd's bid to get into the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, wrote Twitter user cmabe55.

I will never understand why celebrities use fillers!! Why would you want your face to look puffy & bloated? Ie. Lindsay Lohan, Ashley Judd, wrote Twitter user kristelxo.

However, Judd's rep Cara Tripicchio told E! News the plastic surgery rumors are bogus.

For the record, this is unequivocally not true, Tripicchio, told E! News. Ashley has been battling an ongoing, serious sinus infection and flu. Therefore, Ashley has been on a heavy dose of medication to overcome it so she could get on a plane and travel to Toronto and New York to fulfill her commitment of completing four consecutive days of press to promote her new show Missing.

Judd's publicist went on further to dispel rumors, mentioning an appearance she made on Tuesday where her face was not as puffy.

This may have contributed to her face appearing 'puffy' on the talk show in Toronto, however anyone who is truly paying attention and not looking to perpetuate a ridiculous story can look online further at photos of her last night during an Apple Store event in NYC and see for themselves that there is zero sign of plastic surgery, puffiness, fillers, etc., that has become a silly and erroneous topic of conversation, Tripicchio told E! News. Ashley is a natural beauty enjoying her 40's gracefully.

Judd is not the first celebrity to be nicknamed pillow face, which is most likely the effects of undergoing fillers for a plumped-up look, a face-lift or Botox. Countless celebrities - typically the older ones -- from Madonna to Kylie Minogue have sported the puffy face which can most likely be attributed to plastic surgery.

I suspect that she's had a good dose of Botox in her forehead to smooth it and injections of fat into her cheeks to plump them up, celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar Online. Ten years ago Ashley had some of the best cheeks in the business. Unfortunately, now they look too puffy. Hopefully they're swollen from a recent treatment and will settle down soon.

Most recently Lindsay Lohan, who is only 25-years-old, was seen with a swollen face before her appearance on Saturday Night Live and did not deny the rumors.
