Ben Affleck recently spent some father-daughter quality time with his eldest child with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

On Sunday, Affleck was photographed leaving a church in Los Angeles with eldest daughter Violet, 13. The "Justice League" star donned a simple ensemble for the Palm Sunday service, wearing a black leather bomber jacket over a white T-shirt, dark jeans and gray sneakers, as shown in Daily Mail's photos. Violet, meanwhile, looked every inch the little lady in a white blouse, blue and white striped skirt and denim-blue flats.

Affleck usually reunites with ex-wife Garner to attend church as a family on Sundays, but this time, the "Alias" alum and their two youngest kids, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 10, did not join them.

However, their two youngest children seem to also be staying with Affleck as the Oscar-winning star was spotted with Seraphina and Samuel on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Garner flew to New York last week where she was spotted making several appearances and doing some shopping.

On Friday, Garner stopped by "Good Morning America" where she was surprised with a tribute from the Hyde Park High School marching band. According to host Michael Strahan, they were apparently kicking off the celebration for Garner's birthday, which is April 17.

The "Love, Simon" actress looked gorgeous in a crimson dress which featured thick, multi-directional stripes with alternating patterns and a flowy skirt. She paired the frock with pointy navy suede pumps with small straps wrapped around her ankles.

The surprise was definitely a pleasant one for Garner, who is a self-proclaimed "band geek." Last month, the "Camping" star shared a sweet tribute for Reese Witherspoon on Instagram in which she is dressed in full band regalia.

In a video she posted on her social media, Garner performed "A Groovy Kind of Love" on a saxophone in honor of the "Big Little Lies" star's 43rd birthday. "Many moons ago, my high school marching band played this song for homecoming," Garner wrote in the caption.

While Garner seems to have had a blast in the Big Apple, her ex-husband may be a little down nowadays as reports surfaced that he has once again split with Lindsay Shookus.

The two had been spotted together multiple times from February to March, but a source told Entertainment Tonight that Affleck and the "Saturday Night Live" producer had parted ways once again. Apparently, Affleck and Shookus couldn't make it work as they were based in Los Angeles and New York, respectively.

"The distance was definitely a huge factor in their breakup," the insider said of their split.
