Ben Affleck Shares Rare Jennifer Garner Photos, Sweet Message For Mother's Day

Ben Affleck honored his ex-wife Jennifer Garner on Mother's Day with a heartwarming tribute.

On Sunday, the "Justice League" star took to Instagram to post a sweet message as well as never-before-seen family photos of Garner and their three children: daughters Violet, 15, and Serafina, 12, and son Samuel, 9.

"So happy to share these kids with you. Luckiest parents in the world. Thanks for all the good you do," Affleck wrote. "Happy Mother's Day. Love, their Dad."

Among the throwback snaps Affleck shared were photos of Garner cuddling and holding their children when they were younger. Another shot showed their whole family dressed in costumes inspired by "Wizard of Oz" characters for Halloween. Affleck and Garner were the Tin Man and Glinda, the Good Witch of the North, while their kids went as Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion.

Affleck made sure to blur out the children's faces in the snap.

Affleck's followers praised the photos as well as his amicable relationship with Garner following their divorce, with a number saying that they were a good example of proper co-parenting.

"This is really sweet and a great example of coparenting. Good for you both!" one commented.

"How lovely - co parenting at its best," another added.

"Guys, if you get back together, world peace will follow. Haha," a third netizen wrote.

Garner and Affleck split in 2015 after 10 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in 2018. Since then, they have maintained an amicable relationship and photographed many times stepping out together with their children as a family. The “Yes Day” star also supported Affleck when he went to rehab to get sober.

They've also since moved on from each other. Affleck dated Ana de Armas for almost a year before they called it quits in January, while Garner reportedly got back together with CaliGroup CEO John Miller.

Meanwhile, Affleck sparked reconciliation rumors with Jennifer Lopez recently after multiple outlets reported that he has been visiting her Los Angeles home following their respective splits. Last month, Lopez and Alex Rodriguez called off their two-year engagement.

But while their fans hope they can rekindle their romance, Affleck and Lopez are just friends and have been such since they split in 2004, reports said.

Garner was not bothered by Affleck hanging out with Lopez and only wished that he remains a great dad to their kids, an unnamed insider told Entertainment Tonight. Further, the "Elektra" star wished her ex-husband the best in life, the source said.
