‘The Big Bang Theory’ Season 10 Spoilers: Penny, Leonard’s Garden Wedding Teaser Photos Show Susan, Randall And Wyatt

Leonard and Penny — Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) will finally tie the knot in “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10, episode 1. CBS

Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard’s (Johnny Galecki) garden wedding will be featured in the premiere episode of “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10.

Just recently, CBS dropped a series of photos from the onscreen couple’s union, which show their family members and friends at the ceremony. In one of the photos, Wyatt (Keith Carradine) and Penny could be seen walking down the aisle together. The latter has a huge smile on her face, while Wyatt looks very proud of his daughter. Howard (Simon Helberg) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) are standing on either side of the aisle, but the latter doesn’t seem all too pleased with the events.

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Molaro said that Penny and Wyatt have a very close relationship. But Penny doesn't have the same easy relationship with her mom and brother, who used to sell drugs. “You will pick up on the tensions between her and mother and her brother very quickly, and you get a glimpse of Penny and her dad being caught in the middle of that,” he said.

Another photo showed Leonard and Penny in the middle of their ceremony. All of their loved ones are watching as they exchange vows. Alfred (Judd Hirsch) and Beverly (Christine Baranski) could be seen sitting close to each other. Penny’s mom Susan (Katey Sagal), brother Randall (Jack McBryer) and dad are sitting on the other side of the venue. The newlyweds are also photographed with Penny’s family after the ceremony, as well as all of those who attended their wedding.

Meanwhile, Molaro also spoke with TV Line to share how much fun they had filming Penny and Leonard’s wedding. “Johnny Galecki texted me more than once from the soundstage just to say they were simply having the greatest time. Everybody was having a blast,” he said. Molaro also dished that each of their guest stars serve an important purpose in the hit CBS TV series. With that said, Molaro is hopeful that he could invite Sagal and McBryer back for more episodes.

“The Big Bang Theory” Season 10 will premiere on CBS on Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. ET.
