The woman suing Bill Cosby for sexual assault wants to take his deposition while he’s locked up at SCI Phoenix jail and wants it to be on videotape. According to court documents obtained by the Blast, attorney for Chloe Goins requested to depose Cosby and proposed April 22 as the date.

Goins' attorney said in court documents that the deposition could start at 8:30 a.m. local time and was expected to last two days. A hearing on the matter was scheduled for later this week.

Goins sued Cosby in 2016 alleging she met the comedian at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 and that he slipped her a date rape drug.

“After taking a few sips, she started feeling woozy,” Goins’ lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, said in 2018, adding that Cosby then guided Goins to a bedroom in the mansion where she blacked out.

“She woke up some time later, all of her clothes off, with Cosby down by her toes. He bit one of her toes, causing her to wake up. Her breasts felt wet and sticky, like someone had been licking them,” Kuvin said.

Goins had initially claimed the alleged assault took place at the “Midsummer Night’s Dream” party held at the Playboy Mansion in August 2008. However, Cosby denied all the allegations.

The comedian is currently at the SCI-Phoenix prison in Pennsylvania where he is being held for three to 10 years for the sexual assault of Andrea Constand. The 81-year-old was in prison for more than four months and was moved to general population earlier in February.

Earlier this month, Cosby's press spokesperson Andrew Wyatt said the comedian was in good spirits and was "not remorseful" despite being sentenced. He also said Cosby considered himself a "political prisoner."

"When I visit him, it’s nothing sad about it,” lawyer Wyatt told NBC affiliate WCAU in Philadelphia in an interview. “He’s not sad. He’s not remorseful, because he did nothing wrong.” Wyatt also said the comedian was taking care of his health and used to wake up at 3:30 a.m. to do pushups and situps in his cell before breakfast. He was having an "amazing" prison experience, Wyatt said.

As part of his prison transformation, Cosby lost weight and to keep himself fit he was avoiding bread or dessert. He also rinses his food three times to reduce the sodium in it.

Meanwhile, the most recent report about Cosby's time in jail was about threats on the comedian's life. According to Radar Online, Cosby’s life may be in danger at the SCI-Phoenix prison, which houses 2,000 other inmates.
