Kawaki manages to escape from the Advanced Technology Research Lab in Ryutan. In "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 191, he will try to find a safe place to treat his wounds. The new episode is called "Stray Dog."

After Nue's deadly attack, Kawaki's arm is bleeding profusely and he is unable to heal fast. The official preview trailer for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Episode 191 is out showcasing Kawaki's desperate attempts to find food and a place to rest.

In the trailer, Kawaki looks tired and exhausted and it is likely due to excessive blood loss. He knows he needs to eat something and recover quickly as Team 7 and the others are frantically looking for him.

Meanwhile, Naruto is heading toward Ryutan to meet Kawaki. Little does he know that Kawaki is on the run.

In the previous episode, Konohamaru reports to Naruto about the recent mission. Shikamaru is shocked to hear Ao was with Kara. However, Konohamaru tells them how both Ao and Mugino gave their lives to protect them.

Konohamaru hands over the scroll flash drive to Shikamaru who will send it to the Cipher Corps for analysis. Konohamaru asks Naruto and the others about what should they do about Kawaki.

Shikamaru feels they cannot let him enter the village before thoroughly investigating him. Naruto announces he will go to Ryutan and meet the mysterious boy.

In the meantime, Kawaki is being held in Ryutan's Advanced Technology Research Lab and he tries hard to free himself.

Katasuke instructs Sumire to keep a close eye on Kawaki. Later, Kawaki is able to steal a Scientific Ninja Tool and engage in a fight with Sumire. Seeing Sumire in trouble, Nue transforms and bites Kawaki's arm.
