Brad Pitt has just been cast in Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming movie “One Upon A Time in Hollywood.”

Pitt will give life to the character of Cliff Booth, Rick Dalton’s (Leonardo DiCaprio) stunt double. While speaking with Variety, Tarantino explained who the two male characters are.

“Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don’t recognize anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbor… Sharon Tate,” he said.

The director also expressed his excitement over the film and said, “I’ve been working on this script for five years, as well as living in Los Angeles county most of my life, including in 1969, when I was 7 years old. I’m very excited to tell this story of an L.A. and a Hollywood that don’t exist anymore. And I couldn’t be happier about the dynamic teaming of DiCaprio & Pitt as Rick and Cliff.”

Meanwhile, Pitt’s casting came just weeks after the actor was linked to his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston. Some fans are convinced that Pitt and Aniston will get back together since they are both single at the moment. Aniston just announced her separation from Justin Theroux on Feb. 15, but the two have been separation since last year.

Pitt split from Angelina Jolie in September 2016, but the two are amicable towards each other for the sake of their kids.

A source recently told US Weekly that even though Pitt and Aniston are both single at the moment, they are not interested to get back together. “Jen wouldn’t consider being with Brad in a romantic way. But there is always a spot in her heart for him,” the source said.

Another source told Entertainment Tonight that Pitt and Aniston have each other’s numbers, but they have no intention to communicate with each other. “This is nothing new. Jen and him have remained friendly,” said the source.
