Brad Pitt Furious With Angelina Jolie For Taking Court Battle Way Too Far, Source Says

Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt is furious with his ex-wife and actress Angelina Jolie for taking the court battle way too far, according to an insider.

A source recently told Us Weekly that the “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” star is not going to sit quietly this time and will retaliate to everything that is being done by the “Unbroken” helmer in their upcoming child custody trial.

The insider also noted that Pitt will now dig in and fight back.

“Brad says Angelina has gone way too far this time. He is left with no other option but to dig in and fight back — hard,” Us Weekly quoted the source, as saying.

The claim comes after Page Six recently reported that Jolie tried to remove Judge John W. Ouderkirk from her divorce case because he has “failed to disclose the cases that demonstrated the current, ongoing, repeat-customer relationship between the judge and Respondent’s counsel.”

Meanwhile, Pitt’s legal team recently issued a response to Jolie’s filing and noted that the actress is hurting her children the most by making things complicated and difficult.

“The individuals hurt most by Jolie’s transparently tactical gambit are the parties’ own children, who continue to be deprived of a final resolution to these custody issues,” Cosmopolitan quoted the statement from Pitt’s lawyers.

The exes share six children Maddox (19), Pax (16), Zahara (15), Shiloh (14), and twins Knox and Vivienne (12).

On the other hand, the “Changeling” star’s attorney said that the proceedings were getting delayed because of Pitt’s legal team.

“Any delay in these proceedings is due to [Pitt’s team’s] zealous attempt to create an unrecognized special exception for their client’s benefit,” Us Weekly quoted Jolie’s attorney, as saying.

The divorce between the Hollywood actors has not been finalized yet, but both stars have been declared officially single.

Pitt and Jolie met each other on the set of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” in 2003. At the time, Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston while Jolie had filed for divorce from actor Billy Bob Thornton. In January 2005, Pitt and Aniston announced their separation and the “Friends” star filed for divorce after four and a half years of marriage.

In January 2006, the “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider” star confirmed that she was pregnant with her and Pitt’s first child.

They were a couple for 12 years and married for two (2014-2016), but then Jolie filed for divorce in 2016.
