Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston didn’t fly to Mexico.

OK! magazine recently published a report, claiming that the “Ad Astra” star and “Cake” actress jetted off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico following her 50th birthday party. An unnamed source claimed that Pitt took their getaway as his opportunity to “pour his heart out” to his ex-wife.

“Brad wanted his first meeting with Jen after the party to be away from prying eyes, so he came up with this grand plan to whisk her away on a lavish vacation, and orchestrated it with a little help from Courteney,” the alleged tipster said.

Pitt reportedly told Aniston, “I never gave up on us” and hoped that they’d get back together. The suspicious insider also said Pitt vowed to never break Aniston’s heart again and she reportedly believed in him.

Gossip Cop debunked the report. Pitt and Aniston’s spokespeople have gone on the record and dismissed the story as “fiction.”

Both of their reps also confirmed and insisted that Pitt and Aniston never met up in Cabo after her birthday celebration. Instead, Aniston enjoyed a vacation with her close pal Courteney Cox in Mexico, but there were no reports that Pitt went to the same place.

Pitt and Aniston reunited for the first time after several years on her 50th birthday bash. Pitt showed up and the exes had a brief reunion.

Aniston hugged him and thanked him for showing up, which only confirmed their friendship following their divorce. However, there was nothing more than that. In fact, Aniston spent the majority of her time during the event with her girlfriends.

However, there were several rumors involving the exes following the celebration. Another source claimed that Pitt gave a “heartfelt toast” at the event that really touched the celebrant.

There were also rumors that they got married at the party, which surprised some of the guests. Pitt and Aniston reportedly knew that they couldn’t organize a wedding without the plans being leaked, so they decided to get married for the second time on her birthday.

Gossip Cop dismissed both reports. According to the rumor-debunking site, those claims were “bogus” and “fabricated.” Pitt and Aniston are friends, but they are not getting back together.
