Brad Pitt Repairs Relationship With Maddox Amid $116M Fortune Rumor From Angelina

Brad Pitt is trying to repair his relationship with his two eldest sons.

Pitt was set to star in the “World War Z” sequel this summer, but the project has fallen, so he decided to take a break and not accept any projects to be with his six children, Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, Knox, 10 and Vivienne, 10.

An insider told OK! Magazine that the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star’s relationship with Maddox and Pax needs a lot of work following his divorce battle with Angelina Jolie.

“He knows he faces an uphill battle with them because they were old enough to understand that things were going horribly wrong between him and Angie at the end of their marriage,” a source told the outlet.

On Saturday, Jolie was spotted in a black tank top. She looked glamorous in her outfit that highlighted her tattoos as she treated Pax to lunch at celebrity hotspot Cecconi’s.

Jolie topped off her stylish look with a black shawl and a black leather handbag. She kept her hair in a loose bun and was glowing in her retro shades.

Pax dressed for comfort in a white t-shirt, gray jeans and sneakers. He accessorized his look by wearing a black bonnet and a pair of glasses.

Jolie and Pax’s lunch date came after Radar Online reported that the “Maleficent” star is planning to give Maddox a $116 million fortune.

An insider told the outlet that Jolie has planned to put Maddox in charge of her movie empire cutting his five other siblings in the process. Jolie’s production company has grossed over $116 million at the box office since 2014.

Among its films are the Oscar-nominated “Unbroken” and the exes’ movie “By the Sea.” Maddox was only 15 when Jolie credited him as the executive producer of her film “First They Killed My Father.”

The insider added that Maddox is smart and is learning everything to become the boss of his mom’s film business. The source recalled how Maddox took Jolie’s side during the divorce battle. Now, the “Salt” actress is reportedly making him the head of her movie empire.
