On the heels of Britney Spears accusing the paparazzi of allegedly photoshopping images they took of her in Miami earlier this month, fans say the "Toxic" singer herself is now partaking in photo alterations. The reaction was due to a picture of herself the pop star Instagrammed on Thursday.

"I went shade shopping today but found nothing !!!! Oh well ..... but I did find a nice bracelet !!!!!!" Spears wrote in the caption, as can be seen below.

However, instead of the bracelet, people were noticing the apparent curvature of the cabinets behind the singer, which seemingly indicated that the "Crossroads" actress had edited her waist before posting the shot.

Even though Spears, 37, has not responded to the comments, fans quickly transitioned away from the accusations of distortion and towards discussing how the outfit the songstress was wearing in the photo closely resembled her iconic 1998 "...Baby One More Time" music video look.

In 2009, music video director Nigel Dick told MTV that everything in the original costume for the video came from Kmart and "not one piece of clothing in the video cost more than $17." Photoshopping aside, Spears still finds ways to intrigue fans over 20 years later and the iconic look continues to enter the zeitgeist in new and interesting ways.
