BTS' Min Yoon-gi, more popularly known as Suga, has asked fans not to worry and told them he's doing fine as he continues to receive treatment at home after testing positive for COVID-19.

Suga, BTS' leader, RM, and the group's older member, Jin, all tested positive for the virus after returning to South Korea from the U.S., where the group completed four shows and guested at iHeartRadio's annual Jingle Ball concert.

For the first time since Big Hit Music announced his diagnosis on Dec. 24, the 28-year-old BTS lead rapper posted on Weverse to reassure his fans about his condition.

"I'm very much okay. don't worry too much!" he said as per Koreaboo.

BTS fans, collectively known as ARMY, heaved a sigh of relief and turned to Twitter to express their gratitude for Suga's gesture.

"Even when he's going through this tough situation, he came to reassure us just to lessen our worries, he's the sweetest and so so so considerable, i love him so much. his happiness and health are the most important. Our Yoongi eat well, rest a lot and get well soon," a fan noted.

Suga returned to South Korea on Dec. 23 and underwent PCR testing and the mandatory 10-day quarantine for travelers. He was reported positive for COVID-19 the following day.

Big Hit Music told the public that all BTS members completed two rounds of vaccination against the virus in August. Moreover, the agency said Suga had no contact with any BTS member after returning from the States. It also disclosed that the "Daechwita" rapper was not exhibiting symptoms of the disease.

Jin, Suga, RM, Jimin, Jungkook, V and J-Hope are on an official break from boyband duties after their hugely successful "Permission to Dance" shows. RM, Suga and Jin went on personal trips in the U.S. while the rest of the group opted to go home as soon as their commitments in the States were completed.

Jin returned to South Korea on Dec. 6 and went on a mandatory 10-day quarantine. He was released from quarantine after testing negative twice. A few days later, however, he developed mild, flu-like symptoms. He then tested positive for the virus on Christmas Day.

RM, on the other hand, came back from the U.S. on Dec. 17 and underwent quarantine. He also tested positive for the virus on Dec. 25. He is not exhibiting symptoms, either, as per the agency.
