Camilla Parker Bowles recently stunned in her pale blue coat dress at a party she and Prince Charles hosted in their Welsh home.

Just one day after Prince Charles celebrated the 50th investiture as the Prince of Wales, he and his wife welcomed a group of people to their home to host an evening of music and drama.

Prince Charles serves as the patron of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The future King was photographed in his pinstriped suit as he met with performers on Tuesday. Camilla, on the other hand, looked stunning in her coat dress and matching necklace.

The evening saw performances by Wynne Evans, as well as the students and musicians and the newly-appointed official harpist to Prince Charles. The heir to the throne presented Alis Huws the new official harpist with the Royal Harpist’s brooch.

Earlier in the day, Prince Chares also visited the South Wales Police Headquarters to continue the celebrations for his 50th anniversary as the Prince of Wales. Upon arriving at the headquarters by himself, Prince Charles was greeted by officers who showed him around.

In related news, Prince Charles also made headlines recently after it was revealed that he could be the oldest King to be crowned. Today, Prince Charles is already 70 years old, but Queen Elizabeth II is still the reigning monarch.

It has been said that Her Majesty won’t abdicate and she will only retire from being the monarch when she could no longer walk and perform her royal duties. But the age of 93, the Queen has only slowed down a bit.

When the Queen was crowned in 1952, she was just 25 years old. At that time, her dad, King George VI, just passed away. In 2013, Prince Charles became the oldest monarch to be crowned in Britain history. At that time, he was just 65 years old. After he is William IV, who succeeded the throne in 1830 at the age of 64.
