Charles Manson is a deceased American criminal and cult leader who was mostly known for being involved in several murders. He was arrested in October 1969, along with other members of his cult.

Manson spent his time in 1967 building the Manson Family after he was released from prison for a set of minor crimes. Over time, he was able to recruit about 100 or more followers, many of whom were women, according to Biography.

Due to his crimes or image, the cult leader was not legally permitted to earn from music royalties, image licensing, book royalties, artwork sales and media appearances, starting from 1971. However, his estranged son said his late father continued to profit while he was imprisoned for more than 45 years, Celebrity Net Worth has learned.

Manson allegedly had hundreds of millions of dollars in a hidden location, his son claimed. The fortune was believed to have been made by selling off paintings, TV shirts, photos, interviews and various websites.

California State officials gave Manson a stipend of $35 million while he was in prison. And in 2014, the cult leader married a 26-year-old woman, who his son said was only after his father’s fortune and wealth, according to Coed. At the time of his death, 83-year-old Manson had an estimated net worth of $400,000, as per Celebrity Net Worth.

The home where Manson’s followers conducted the brutal murder of the LaBiancas in August 1969 has finally been sold to a buyer for $1,875,000. The sale comes after the Los Angeles property was left on the market for nearly eight months, according to the New York Post.

In 2019, Zak Bagans, a paranormal investigator and actor, bought the house for $1.89 million. He later attempted to sell the home in 2020 for $2.2 million but found no buyers for the residence until this week.

The Los Feliz home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms situated on nearly 1,600 square feet of land. It also comes with a pool and has an amazing view of the city. The person who purchased the home wished to remain anonymous, as per TMZ.
